Hi

probably this is the place where to ask my question. I am busy with preparing for DA-100 using Microsoft Learn.
I am now at lab 5, which I wanted to start.
But Lab access is suspended. It says:
Your account or connection was flagged for unusual activity. Because of this we've suspended your access to the Learn lab on demand. If you think we've made an error, you can submit an appeal to regain access.

I certainly think they made an error. When I push the Appeal button, I have to prove I am not a robot, but then still I see: "Hmmm, something went wrong, lab suspended".

In the troubleshooting guide it says: Select the 'retry activating sandbox' button. I have been searching the whole internet, but where is that button???

Can someone help? Sigh

regards
Ron

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with course issues in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
