Changed dns servers of brand new domain from original registrar to Azure. Then I realized that I needed to have network engineering skills to maintain it here which I don't have. Since this is going to be a static site, I realized that hosting it on Azure was overkill so opened a new account at a different hosting provider and attempted to transfer the domain to that host. This failed due to the ICANN 60 day domain transfer lock. I had read that registrars have some discretion that means they can override this lock. In this situation I realized my mistake and tried to fix it on the same day.

Domain is eliteitconsultants.com

I would be extrememly grateful if you guys could please override the ICANN lock if you can or provide me documentation as to how I can do this in my azure subscription.

Thanks

From the ICANN FAQ, your best bet is to contact the domain registrar to see if the lock can be removed. If this is Azure who is placing the lock, your best bet is to create a support request and speak with Azure Support.
