Excel changing my dates to numbers

Hi there! I had a spreadsheet done up in the above format, with several different dates in the "expires" column. I pressed something on my keyboard by accident and now I have a series of 5 digit numbers instead, but the date remains in the formula bar. I've tried formatting the cell back to date and nothing happens. Help!

    Good Day!

    This is Ivan, an independent advisor and a fellow Microsoft Excel User.

    Can you try this:

    Press CTRL + ` (grave accent).

    This toggles if formulas are to be displayed or hidden, and also affects how dates are displayed.

    It looks like you are in View Formulas mode.

    Try tapping Ctrl+(the is just left of the 1 in the upper left of the keyboard).
