Create an online management database system for school

I need to know if there is any free online program to create an online management database system for school. I need to create a database which will hold student exams and certifications and for each students to create accounts to be accessed by them to see their results and achievements.

Per your description, you want to create a site and your school teachers and post for their students exams and results. And every student can also use their accounts to access exams, results and grades.

If so, as I mentioned above, you can create a SharePoint site, then the teachers can upload exams files to SharePoint library, and they can also upload exams results to SharePoint list.

Then you can give edit permissions to students to access the exam files stored in SharePoint library, students can access the exam files and finish the exam.

Then you can give view permissions to students to access SharePoint list, then they can access their exam results in SharePoint list. For more details about permission, you can refer to this article: SharePoint site permissions.

However, you mentioned that you only have Microsoft account, if so, we’re afraid that you may not have permission to use SharePoint Online. As I mentioned above, if you don’t have SharePoint Online license or plans, you may not have permission to use SharePoint Online Service.

So to answer your question, if you just have a Microsoft account, you may not have ability to access SharePoint Online Service and create a SharePoint site.

If my understanding is right, to achieve your requirement, you can use SharePoint Online, you can create a SharePoint list, then you can keep track of information, including students’ names and exam results or the other. As shown below:

And in this way, students can use their accounts to access the SharePoint list insider SharePoint site. However, if you want to create a SharePoint site list, you need to have SharePoint Online license. For your reference: Compare SharePoint Online options.

And as far as I know, we’re afraid that there is no out of box way to find a free program to achieve your requirement.

Thank you very much for answering my question.

I need to be more specific. I need to create a school website where each teacher have an account and post for their students exams and results, and students grade for each subject and every student to have their account to access their exams, results and grades. This is what i want to create. I have a microsoft account and i want to know if there is any possibility to do this website using microsoft products.
