Hi Dihao,
Thanks for the information.
Signing out for Office apps and removing credentials didn't help.
I haven't tried to increase the timeout in registry.
After I reset Windows User profile and reinstalled Office, it got fixed.
Best regards,
Hung

Hi Hung_hk,
From your description, when you open a SharePoint view in your Excel application, you would receive an error message in your screenshot. It seems that you have tried to reverify your account credential in Excel application by signing out from Office application and remove the credentials from Credential manager.
Based on the error message, the error might be caused due to the timeout of Excel application when it is fetching data from SharePoint Online. Try to use registry key to increase the default Excel timeout value to 90000, or in milliseconds.
You can follow the steps in this article about Unable to export to Excel from SharePoint Online to add the registry key in Registry Editor.
In addition, if the problem still exists after you tried out the above methods, may I know the following information.
1: Your Office application version. From your log, it seems that you are using Office 365 version 2001 Build (12430.20288) Monthly Channel. If it is convenient, you can go to File >Account >Under Product Information to share a screenshot with us here.
Notes*: To protect your information, please remove any private information before you share the screenshots with us. Thank you.*
2: Does this error occur when you open a SharePoint view in another SharePoint list or SharePoint site, or it happened to this SharePoint list only? You can switch to a different SharePoint site and see whether the same error happens.
3: Did your colleagues in your organization have the same error?
4: When did this error happen? Did you make any changes to your PC before it occurred, such as update Office application?
Best regards,
Dihao
