Extract data from multiple columns to place into one

Good day,

Can you please assist with a formula to extract multiple cell values into one column?  I was able to add the cells into one column with Nested IFs but of course, excel takes the first that meets the criteria.

Example - Which formula can assist with placing Sterl(Col2) and Vinia(Col5) into Group Placements column(6).

    Hi,

In cell F2, enter this formula and copy down

    =TEXTJOIN(",",TRUE,A2:E2)

This formula will work in Office365.

    Hi,

Are you expecting to generate the result as seen in the yellow coloured range of your original post i.e. do you want to see the unique names listed in a seperate range?

    Hello,

I'm using the names in the yellow table as a Match... This is my attempt to get the names from GroupA:GroupD in Group Placement column.

This snippet is taken from a list of 1000 rows.

    Hi,

I am still not clear.  Please show the exact result you are expecting in the Group Placements column.
