Some keys stop working

Occasionally, the keyboard on my laptop seems to stop responding. However, it only seems to be alpha numeric keys, so I can't type the "L" key, but windows L works. The problem seems to be across all apps. Restarting resolves the issue, and it can be ok for a few hours or a few days.

I also had an issue once writing an amazon review. I could type into the title box, but not the description. Restarting the browser (edge) didnt work, but a reboot did. It seems similar to the main keyboard problem.

I've connected a usb keyboard and this has exactly the same problem at the same time.

Does anyone have any thoughts?

I further suspect this is a bitwardon issue, others have the same issue.

Try perform Clean Boot and see if the problem persist?

If problem have been solved, enable services one by one.
