Power Automate: Adjust time when forms responce add as new row into table on Excel

Hi, I have a question about Power Automate with Forms and Excel

This is my ideal flow

  1. Forms; User answer question
  2. Power Automate: answer would copied to excel online
  3. Excel: Admin can view user answer and submission date/time

So far I succeed creating flow with Power Automate, but the timestamp is not correct.

Time is still correct when I export response from Forms

Image #2

Time is incorrect with my local time

How can I adjust time properly when data exported to excel with Automate?

This is my flow

I assume I should edit date/time setting with Power Automate or Excel but I am quite not sure.

Thank you so much.

    Hi Yoshie,

Thanks for posting in the community.

According to your description, we have tested the flow on our side and we can reproduce the same situation as yours. The time should be the Greenwich Mean Time. Since we lack of the experience and resource about using flow, we would like to invite the issue in Microsoft Power Automate Community where the support moderator and experts will help you to figure out the issue.

As a workaround, you may enable editing the Excel file, and then add two columns for displaying local time. Use the formula =B3+TIME(7,0,0)  to change time to your local time.

Note: Your may modify the formula to display the correct local time. Here I use +TIME(7,0,0) as the screenshots show the time is seven hours earlier.

    Appreciate your understanding.

    Regards,

    George
