Sysinternals - Process Dump 64 Crashing?

Hi,

Having some trouble with process dump.

When I start my pc I have 100% CPU usage for some time afterwards. When I look in task manager, the CPU usages don't appear to add up to 100% - usually around 40-50% of major processes, then lots of minor processes at 0.3% cpu etc. that I doubt collectively could equal the other 50%+.

So I decided to install process dump.

When I click the process dump.exe (not during a cpu event but just after downloading the sysinternals package), I find a get a small command window, a lot of information appears briefly (looks like it could be listing the command line options), but then within a second of it starting and before you can even read whatever it's listing, the cmd line window terminates itself leaving me with no way of accessing process dump.

I thought briefly maybe it was installing it but when I check the App list from the Windows Key, there's neither process dump nor a sysinternals folder listed in the App list.

My system scans clean with AV and Malwarebytes and I can run CMD line normally.

I've also resinstalled windows using DISM several times.

Why is Process Dump crashing itself?

Trying to use the ProcessDump64.exe as I'm on a 64 bit system.
