Enable Dynamic List Filtering in SharePoint Online

I've read this support page on using dynamic list filtering with SharePoint online - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dynamic-list-filtering-eed5f92e-1716-45d5-9a94-59decb930e42, however I am missing that toggle slider on my page when I add the two lists and/or libraries.

Is this feature not yet available? Is there an ETA when it will be as I have several use cases since this was a feature in previous SharePoint deployments.

    Hi Ki-G and Dainis,

Thank you for posting back and shared the information with us. I’m sorry for the late reply.

After consulting related resource, for target release users, this feature can be available in Middle-July 2020, for general users, this feature can be rolled out until end of July 2020.

On the one hand, if you still cannot see this feature and you want to use this feature now, you can switch from Standard release to Targeted release, for more details, you can refer to this article:  Set up the Standard or Targeted release options.

On the other hand, you can also wait until end of July 2020 to be rolled out.

At the same time,  we have tested it on our side with different tenants, those tenants have been enabled with Targets Release, and we found we can find this feature in SharePoint page webpart.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

    Best Regards,

    Sukie

    Hi Ki-G,

Thank you for your message in this forum.

According to your description, it seems that you want to use Dynamic list filtering in SharePoint page, however, you found that you cannot see this toggle slider on your page.

May I know if my understanding is right? We have tested it on our side, we went to SharePoint page > Edit > added two lists, then we edited list webpart, we can see Dynamic filtering in SharePoint page, as shown below:

Given this situation, we’d suggest you change another browser to check if the same problem will occur.

At the same time, to better understand your situation, could you provide the information below?

    1. Do all pages have the same problem?
    2. Do all the other sites have the same problem?
    3. May I know if the other colleagues have the same problem?
    4. Could you provide the screenshot when you edited List webpart?

    Best Regards,

    Sukie

I've tried both the latest version of Chrome and the latest version of the new Edge. The section for dynamic filtering just seems to be missing.

    Hi Ki-G,

We appreciate that you posted back and shared the detailed information with us.

Per your description, it seems that you have tried different browsers and same problem still occurs.

If so, may I know if you have tried other SharePoint pages? Do the other colleagues have the same problem?

If all the other SharePoint pages and the other colleagues have the same problem, given this situation, since we cannot reproduce the same situation, I do understand the inconvenience it has made and apologize for it. This issue may need to be checked from background, the best way to troubleshoot the issue is to report the issue to the related Team. I have sent you a Private Message, please click on the link for more information on this issue. We also want to report this issue directly to the related team. However, we don’t have specific escalate channel to report this issue. As the side of Office 365 admin have access to report this issue to the related team, this is why we’d suggest you open a ticket directly. This is the best way and fast way to solve this issue.

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated.

    Best Regards,

    Sukie

I am experiencing the same issue. And I have tried other pages, browsers and sites as well. It appears this functionality hasn't been rolled out to general availability yet. Can you confirm? And if so, what's the ETA?
