'Access Required' Error on Microsoft Form

Hi there,

A colleague of mine has created a form for students to fill out, and I'm the one who goes through their answers once they submit. I've been added as a collaborator that can 'view and edit', yet when I'm logged in (with my correct organization) and go to 'review answers' it does not let me open the Word documents that have been submitted. When I go to open them, it says 'Sorry, you don't have access.'

Can someone help me with this?

    Hi!

    I've tried this. I'm listed as a collaborator, but still get the error when I click on the documents.
