SOLVED Excel not formatting the page layout correctly

Good Morning,

We have recently upgraded to Windows 10.  Since doing so the Excel is not formatting the pages layout correctly.  The excel documents were originally drafted to fit onto one A4 page.  This is how the documents open:

Slight manual alterations to the page, in order to get it to print onto one page make the layout worse.  For example I changed the column width from 0.98 to 0.88 in this example and it still doesn't fit on one page and the margin looks huge?

I have tried printing and PDF'ing the documents anyway incase its just a bug in the software, but it prints and PDF's just like this too.  It's a problem.

Any help on how to remedy it will be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards

Louise

Edit:

Also does the same when trying to draft new documents:
