How is it possible to display The attachment of a List item in Sharepoint online

Hello, 

I have attached a file to a Item list on Sharepoint but somehow the file is not visible . How is it possible to create a column that displays the attachment and is it possible to make that only the attachment is downlable ?

    Hi Najwa,

    Thanks for posting in our community.

    By default, the Attachments column is hidden. To unhide it, you can click on one of the column names and select column settings > Show/hide columns, and then tick the Attachments column.

    However, this column only indicates with an attachment icon whether the items has attachments or not. It does not show the detailed attachment. If someone wants to open the attachment, he/she still needs to open the list item.

    If you only want users to be able to download the attachment and not be able to edit the item, you can assign Read permission to them.
