I recently had to clear my cookies and cache to get a website to work and can no longer sign into my school email account. I've seen a bunch of different threads, but nothing seems to work. I can still access my email on my phone because it is still signed in. When I go into azure, it seems like I don't have permission to add users or do anything. I've also tried adding mail.google.com to the approved site listings in chrome. Can anybody please help?

Message: AADSTS50020: User account 'XXXX@Monique gmx .XXX.edu' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'University of XXX' and cannot access the application 'google.com'(XXX Gsuite test) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.
