Windows Defender with Eset Endpoint Security

Hello all.
I have a question. I have in company 230 PC (WIN10 PRO) protected by Eset Endpoint Security with Eset Management Center. Eset works fine (real time scanner and firewall) but I wonder why don't run Windows Defender on PC at once? Two programs is twice better protection - that say my colleague. But how do you think? Maybe is engineer from Microsoft that can answer my question?

I've asked ESET, and answer was that is strongly NOT recommended because of impact working one program to another.
I wonder what recommendation is from Windows Defender support?

    It is not recommended to run more than one real-time Anti-Malware protection on your system because they would have conflict and you will face error and issues. You have to decide either use ESET or Microsoft Defender and not both at the same time.
    However, when you have another Anti-Malware product, you may still perform a periodic scan and it is scanner only and not real-time protection. Take a look at:
