I cannot resize my EXCEL window...

I am using Office 365 and when I open Excel it opens FULL SCREEN, like all 36" or Min (see images) Nothing in between! 

I have been an Excel user for 20 years and have never encountered this issue until the last couple of weeks.

    Is this problem just affecting Excel or all applications on your PC?

    On your Desktop, do you see the usual icons or do you see Square Tiles

    Please try this:

    Press the Windows Key + A to open the Notification Bar

    If you cannot see the Tablet Mode button, click 'Expand'

    Then click the Tablet Mode button

    It is only in Excel. No unusual icons and doesn't change in tablet mode.

    Oh geez...I figured it out! Apparently, at some point, I accidentally resized to that tiny first image. Duh, All I had to do was drag corners of the tiny window to resize.
