OneDrive file and folder name column widths - can I change them?

Question

I see this question from 2016, and apparently it has not been addressed by MS, as I cannot change the widths of the columns in my OneDrive. It is very cumbersome to hover over every file name in order to see the full name, especially as, in list view, the columns take up less than half of my screen. I would love to be able to just drag the column to the right to make it more useful.

Any ideas now that it is 2020?
