When I try and email myself pictures on outlook sometimes these get through and other times they dont, this seems completely random, as in one email 5 pics might get through and 5 dont, and other emails none get through, please help

What's the specific meaning of "picture none get through"?

Case 1: There would be any errors when you send/receive the messages.

Case 2: You could send/receive the message normally, but some pictures wouldn't be displayed normally, if so, how were those pictures displayed(displayed as a red "x", not displayed or others), and are there similarities in the pictures that cannot be displayed normally(such as picture source, type or size)?
