I have a client that is considering Office 365 for 50 users on the E1 Plan. He wants to be able to set up a rule that allows his users to automatically add recipients to the email whitelist once they email a recipient. So, if Joe emails ******@abc.com, Suzie's email address is automatically added to the whitelist for ABC Company's inbound email. Is this possible?

Hi Gsimap,

Thank you for posting. If they using Outlook Web app then there no such rule can set up or feature option that can “automatically add people I email to the Safe Senders” they need to manually add to Safe Senders list.

However, using Outlook 365 desktop client there is a feature option can automatically add everyone you send an email to in the Safe Senders list. By going to the Safe Senders tab, then select the Automatically add people I email to the Safe Senders List check box

Your time and understanding will be highly appreciated.

Best regards,

Shyamal
