my excel for Mac is an office 365, version 16.34. I want to install a date picker, but I can't seem to gat add-ins to work. When the add-in asks me to sign in to my Microsoft account I have no problem. But after I sign in nothing happens. Nothing downloads or changes anywhere.

    Hi

I installed this date picker add-in. Is this the one you tried to use?

Apparently I was already signed into my account, as I was not prompted to sign in. The date picker works as advertised:

In Excel, use File > New From template to display the templates gallery. Click the circle in the upper left corner and see whether or not it says you are logged in. If you are logged in, try logging out, restart your Mac, and then log back in.

    Hi Alex,

Thanks for posting the question on our forum.

I would like to help you, I have checked the add-in store, I didn’t find the Date Picker add-in.

Given the situation, I want to confirm if you are using third-part add-in, if so, we suggest contact the add-in support for further analysis, then you can get the special help.

If you are not, you are welcome post back and provide the steps about how to add it, I will keep working on this and try my best to help you.

    Regards,

    Qing
