Has your question about turning off Text to Speech in Excel been solved? If not, the following are the steps about how to turn off Text to Speech for your reference, and I hope they can help you:

    1. Open Excel>File>Options.
    2. Choose Quick Access Toolbar.
    3. In the Choose commands from list, select All Commands.
    4. Scroll down, click the Speak Cells-Stop Speaking Cells command, and then click Add.
