Default Apps like Sticky Notes, Calculator disappeared on Windows 10 21H1 and 20H2 builds

I have experienced cited issues in some PCs. Windows Store-based apps are disappeared on those PCs. we did not do any changes other than applying windows monthly updates (July) to those PCs.

appreciate your expert opinions on how to fix the issue
