One drive access issue

From last few day's I am not able to acess my onedrive app as well as SharePoint. i can login successfully but afer that i can't see even a  single folder or file i uploaded on drive. They keep showing error 'The item can't be displayed'  check your network connection and then pull down to refresh( when I refresh it but  massege appeard refreshed failed make sure you're connected ti a WiFi or mobile network).

while my Network is works properly. 

 help me to solve this Problem.

    Thanks for your effort sharing the above information with us. To further narrowing down it, may I know can you access OneDrive online? Did you get any error?

    Recently we’ve received multiple reports about unable to access OneDrive error “The page you requested is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience, please check back in a few minutes”, if you get the same error in OneDrive online, please refer this primary thread and follow the suggestions to contact your admin and then create a ticket to resolve it.

    If the error when you access OneDrive online is different from the primary thread, please upload the screenshot of the error.

    Hi,

    There was tech support spam posted to this thread. The post at Microsoft Community was deleted, but you may have received a copy of the spam in a Notification Email. Please do not call whatever phone number as this posted which does not belong to Microsoft.

    Per your description, it seems that you cannot see any folder or file in OneDrive. Sorry for the inconvenience caused at your end, to narrow down your issue, please switch another browser or an InPrivate window to check the result.

    Moreover, it’s better to connect another WiFi or a mobile hot spot and see if the error still persists.

    To better understand your scenario, could you please capture the screenshot of the error message with us? (you can click Insert image and upload the screenshot here.)

     

    May I know whether other users in your organization also have the problem?

    Whether other devices also get the same behavior?
