If you renew Office under a new MS Account you would then lose access to docs/OneDrive stored on the Original MS Account
Or do you mean change the email account associated with your MS Account https://office.com/myaccount

Hi, I just renewed my Office 365 license under this account (previously was using another account). However, I am stuck in a loop where I keep moving between the two windows shown in the picture. Would appreciate some help on the matter.

Hi I am changing the email account associated with the MS account. It was originally tagged to my college account and now, I want to migrate to my own account.
Unfortunately, the system is locking me out of even using iMAP settings for my emails.
You can't access anything that was associated with your college account (e-mails, OneDrive storage, etc.) from your new, "home user" account.
However, you should be able to back up your old e-mail, assuming that you still have access to your college account. See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/back-up-your-email-e5845b0b-1aeb-424f-924c-aa1c33b18833.
Uninstall the current version of Office. Remember to also get rid of any old trial versions (look in the list of installed programs under App & Features in Windows 10 Settings). Delete any saved passwords for the old account. Then start fresh with your new installation from https://www.office.com/myaccount.
