Hello DarciLee,

Thanks for your post in Microsoft community. Based on error message, seems your mailbox is unavailable, so suggest you to kindly login to Outlook web app and check if you are able to access your account.

A. If any error occurs on OWA (Outlook web app) side, please share screenshot of entire error message, so we can help to check further and follow below suggestion.

  • Ask your Micrsoft365 admin to check your account status. Such as subscription is assigned and sign in option is in allow status.
  • Also ask admin to help you to check MAPI’s settings for your account.
  • To check MAPI status for your account : Login to Microsoft 365 admin portal > Exchange Admin center > Receipts > Users > select your affected account > mailbox features > Search for MAPI and check its set as Enable.

B. If issue persist only with Outlook client app, Use The Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant tool to check if it helps to identify any issue. It works by running tests to figure out what's wrong and offers the best solution for the identified problem.

Thanks and regards,

Ankita Vaidya
