Error bookmark not defined

Hello,

In order to do an internship, my University requires I fill out a form/contract they have published online for us to download and print. However, when I decide to print OR convert this word document, the message "Error Bookmark not defined" appears all over the document, at various places, in the middle of sentences.

I have already printed it out twice and I will have to throw both copies away, this is not professional and it hinders the legality of the document.

I have looked online at threads and I am not the only person with this problem.

Please help me resolve this!

It's not for you to resolve, but for the University to fix their bad document. They used Ref fields to repeat information, but then deleted the Bookmarks that indicate the information source.

Try opening Word>Preferences>Print and uncheck Update fields and Update links. That should allow you to print the document.
