Sum and Average not showing in excels taskbar

Hi,

I am wondering if what kind of bug my excel have. 

Please refer to the screenshots:

As per the first 2 screenshots, the Average and Sum is not showing up even if it is only checked to show up. It only shows the count. On the third screenshot, the pivot table doesn't show the total sales. 

I have already re-install MS Office 2016 multiple times. I even did a reformat for my windows 10 but I am still getting the same problem. I have already searched for workarounds on this problem but with no luck. I hope someone can help me fix this problem. 

By the way, the file that I am using is working because I tried to it with a different computer.

    Right click on the status bar and make sure those options are turned on

    Hi,

    Thank you for the reply.

    As what you can see on my 2nd screenshot, I've showed that it is checked but it is still not showing. Any other solution on this?
