Dates within Months of Pivot Table not sorting properly.

I am working on a pivot table and I thought I had everything perfect. It was grouping by months great and showing all the dates, but then I looked at my dates and inside each month the dates were not sorted properly. Here's what it looks like:

As you can see, the dates are not in proper order. The months are in the right order, but the dates within the months are not in the correct order.

Anyone know how I can fix this? It's throwing off my entire line chart.

    Hi iamjmw,

As per your description, you just click on cell>go to data tab>click sort>select ascending order to sort your dates correctly.

For reference: Sort data in a PivotTable

If you still cannot be able to correct sort order, and if it is convenient for you, could you please share with us your Excel file and I will help you to sort in proper order. You can provide the requested files in private message. Please click here  to access your PM.

I appreciate your time and understanding.
