How to Edit the Drop down Menu in MNicrosoft Forms

Hi,

I have a Request form the organization to build a Microsoft form. In this Form, we have a Dropdown Question which repeats more than 10 times in the Form completion., Now the Down down is having nearly 40 different selections that change/add/delete more frequently which needs updating.

Is there any better way of doing it? Where is the data stored in the backend, can we edit in the backend to reflect in the form?

Dear Tejeswar,

Generally, you can click on the forms you created in Microsoft Forms if you are the creator of the forms>click on the question>update the selection options.

If you aren't the creator of the forms, you can contact the creator of the forms>let him click on the forms>Move>move the forms to an Office 365 group where you are the member and then you can edit them with the way above.
