Generally, you can click on the forms you created in Microsoft Forms if you are the creator of the forms>click on the question>update the selection options.
If you aren't the creator of the forms, you can contact the creator of the forms>let him click on the forms>Move>move the forms to an Office 365 group where you are the member and then you can edit them with the way above.
