Excel chart not showing all data selected

When you click on the body of a chart, your data becomes highlighted so you can see what is being used for the chart. My data/chart show monthly bank account balance, very very simple. Every month, I enter the date and balance, then drag down to select the new entry as part of the chart data. But starting in 2020, it stopped adding it into the graph. No matter how many more data points I add, the chart doesn't change a single bit. You can see in my screenshot that indeed 1/31/20 and 2/29/20 are part of the data selection, but the chart stops at 12/31/19.

Never had this problem before in my life. Extremely bizarre. Any help would be amazing!

Double-click any of the dates along the x-axis, or the x-axis itself.

In the Format Axis taskpane, look at the Minimum and Maximum. If you see Reset next to the box, click it to make the bound automatic (it should read Auto after that)
