can't add data to Data Model - Excel

I have Excel 2016 32 bits installed. it's frustrating that I can't add data to data model even if it's a very small table. Always receive an error message about shortage of memory.  I have already closed all the applications and it's such a small table.  I have even asked IT to install Office 64bits on my computer, but it turns out to be disaster. Not sure what else I can do.

Thanks!

    4. Scroll down to the Display section of the dialog,
    5. toggle the check the box for “Disable hardware graphics acceleration

Thanks! I followed the instruction, this time I managed to load a small table to data model, but when it comes to a table with 10000 records, I received a similar message.

    Hi Wang,

Make sure you have all latest video/graphics drivers installed. Also update Office by going to FILE>Account>Office Update>Update Now.

Please let me know what will happen.

    Regards,

    John
