Socket error code 10061

A lot of our clients are getting these messages.

We use cpanel and setup our websites/emails for clients.

They then take the settings and input them into Outlook.

I am not sure but this year about 3 of them have had this same exact issue.

What is the best way to fix this issue?

Here are the headers. We have over 250+ websites hosted on our server which basically run with no issues, however our client who is overseas inAustraliawho uses outlook has this error. Also I believe last year another client had the same issue.

So it would help if you are able to maybe see what this error may be due to?

FYI, SPF and PORT keeps coming up on things they are saying may be issues as well, but I look for your help with the below error and maybe we can resolve this.

Here is a text file with the full email headers of the error

    Hi Ryan,

    Good day to you.

From your description, it looks like the issue appears as when your client would add the account in Outlook. According to my experience, it is likely a connect issue. Based on it, you can check if there is the firewall on client's side. If yes, please close to check the result. Besides, also upgrade the operation system on PC/Mac to check if it works.

If the issue persists, since we are Microsoft 365 for business supports teams and not familiar with cpanel which is third-party service or app, I suggest you also contact their support team to get further assistance.

We do appreciate for your understanding and time.

    Regards,

    Joey
