SCSM 2012 Skip Activity without making users Administrators

Hi I found a article from 2013 that had a link to s script that allowed users to skip activities from the tasks menu rather than me having to add them in as administrators to be able to carry out this function. Unfortunately the link is broken and n o longer works. Has someone either got this information or know of another way I can do this?
