Hello!

Is it possible to use Visual Studio 2019 as Visual Basic editor for PowerPoint Office 365? If yes, how can use it? If no, why can't I use it? Any help would be very appreciated!

To use Visual Studio, you would have to develop your code in it, then copy the code to the VBE in PowerPoint. You won't get the same Intellisense integration with the VBA object model. VB as used in Visual Studio is very similar to VBA, but not identical.
