Excel Horizontal Axis Formatting When "Bounds" Option does not appear

Hello,

I need to format my horizontal axis with different spacing and boundary conditions. However, when I double click the horizontal axis and visit the axis options I am not given the option to change the bounds or spacing. Please advise on how to get around this.

    Use a scatter chart instead of a line chart to get that options.
