How to find QR Code or URL for Microsoft Authenticator app

Question

I need to sign in to my Microsoft Outlook Mail Account (mail provided by the school), but after I sign in with my user name and password it asks for varification with the Authenticator app. (I had deleted the Microsoft Authenticator App and the Outlook Mail app because there wasn't any storage space remaining on my phone.)

If I try to add my school account on Authenticator App, it asks for a QR Code or URL. 

I don't know how to find it.

Please help me with this.

I need a QR code.  I keep getting referred on how to download app.  I have the instructions but do not have the QR code.
