To whom it may concern,
I would like to report an error when I am using the OndeDrive on Windows 10 and I would like toknow how can we solve this problem.
The description of the error is: When I instaled the OneDrive on the Windows 10 and had loged-in the aplication shows that the files are "trying to sync" as shown above.
However, when I click at any file to open it, inspite the OneDrive application onens the file, it shows the folloing messames: "The data area transferred for a system is very small".
So
I would like to know how to solve it, becaus it is not possible to open any file on my computer. The only palliative solution that I found was to download each file one by one at OneDrive website.
I also infot that my windows and OneDrive are updated and the Windows sync option are activated, as shown above:

Sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused.
The problem you are experiencing appears to be on the images stored in OneDrive. If so, you can try to reset the Microsoft Photos settings via Start > Settings > System > Apps > search “Microsoft Photos” in the search box > click on Advanced options > Reset.
In order to troubleshoot if the issue related to your OneDrive client, you can try to reset OneDrive and check the result.
And we would like to collect some information to further check it:
