Linked notes between Edge and Onenote

I cannot take Linked Notes in Onenote whilst using Edge. It works with IE (oddly, since that's been/ing phased out) as well as with the other MSOffice apps, except Edge. It's an important feature, so...any plans for this, or am I missing something?

    Hi GetBeethoven,

    Thank you for posting your question in this community. Based on my test and findings, it seems that Linked notes feature in OneNote is only work with Internet Explore at this moment.

    According to this article about Take linked notes in OneNote, it seems that Microsoft Edge browser didn’t support linked notes currently.

     

    Some users also noticed that this feature is currently limited with Microsoft Edge browser, and they raise an idea on OneNote UserVoice platform aboutLinked notes to Edge. I suggest you can vote and subscribe this idea on OneNote UserVoice at your convenience. As more and more people vote on this idea, it can let the product team aware this limitation and improve it in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
