May I know whether you are using Microsoft 365 Business subscription (e.g. Microsoft 365 Business Basic/Business Standard) or Microsoft 365 Family/Personal subscription?
If you are using Microsoft 365 for business subscription, please provide us with the detailed screenshot about charges twice and subscription page via the private message. (Go to the admin center, go to the Billing > Your products page.) Your subscriptions
are displayed on the Your products page, together with the subscription name, information about the subscription, and its status. See
