I was charged twice so far for Office 365 renewal in 2020. I want the amount of $73.49 that my bank charged me on July 5, 2020 refunded. Please help as this website and any phone calls are not helping!!!!!!!!!

    I am getting very angry as I have not had a resolution to my problem or a reply from the Family department. I want my money ASAP! This is ridiculous that I have to wait for a refund.

    I am using 365 for my own personal computer. I was charged May 1st for my annual subscription and it was $73.49. Then on July 5, 2020 my bank reveived another charge for an additional $73.49. I have attached the photo from my bank.

    May I know whether you are using Microsoft 365 Business subscription (e.g. Microsoft 365 Business Basic/Business Standard) or Microsoft 365 Family/Personal subscription?

    If you are using Microsoft 365 for business subscription, please provide us with the detailed screenshot about charges twice and subscription page via the private message. (Go to the admin center, go to the Billing > Your products page.) Your subscriptions are displayed on the Your products page, together with the subscription name, information about the subscription, and its status. See What subscription do I have?

    If you are using Microsoft 365 Family/Personal subscription, I have replied in the private message please check the information at your convenience.
