Cannot access Multifactor page

I can't access the 2FA/multifactor page anymore. I'm an admin and am setting up accounts, but all of a sudden when I get to the step to enforce the new user to use 2FA, I try to load the multifactor-setup page (https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/UserManagement/MultifactorVerification.aspx)

I get the error (on Brave):

There was a problem processing your request

support information

CORRELATION ID:

WEU#11695678-2dc2-46cf-8333-7f93519bbab4 (error number changes every time I try)

ERROR CODE:

Alternatively, I jump back to the login screen (on Chrome). Any clue why this is broken, it used to work a couple of weeks ago and my admin rights haven't been changed.

    Hi Linda,

thanks! I opened a private window (don't feel like throwing out all my cookies) and after a small hickup (somehow had to log in and click a button twice), the page workes again. So no clue why, but somehow the memory of the browser messes the system up.

    Thanks again,

    Koen

    Hi KoenRijnsent,

After reading your description, I tried to visit this page, and I can access Multi-Factor Authentication on my side.

So, I suggest you try another browser, such as Edge. Or clear the cached data of the browser and try again.

Besides, you can also change the user state by using Azure AD PowerShell, reference for you: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/authentication/howto-mfa-userstates#change-state-using-powershell

    Thanks and Regards,

    Linda
