Personal Vault Error Msg - But it's empty...

For the last week or so, there's a red cloud with a white "x" on my OneDrive icon. When I right-click on the OneDrive icon, it says "OneDrive needs your attention. Your personal vault isn't up to date." It also prompts me to unlock my vault so I do using 2FA and leave it open for the max amount of time available under settings. This didn't solve the problem.

So I removed everything from my personal vault on my desktop, laptop, smartphone, and tablet. This didn't solve the problem either.

I've used Google Drive for years but because I use so many office apps every day, I decided to move to OneDrive. I purchased extra storage space. And I've been so impressed with its integration with Edge and the Office apps that I'm going to move my business from GSuite to Office 365 for Business - assuming there's a SKU available for small businesses with about 10 employees. But.....

But I _really_ need to get this OneDrive problem resolved before I push the move to Office 365 for Busineiss. And even if not, it's still a problem.)

All respectful advice is greatly appreciated!

John
