    Hi 12ismael.

    Thank you for your reply.

I have now seen the email link from Microsoft that I have used to login to the SSS Sharepoint site.

    All is well now.

For JUVYDATUL, there is a separate email sent out by Microsoft where a link to the SSS Sharepoint site is included. This is different from the email invite/link sent by the SSS and different also from the email verification sent out by Microsoft.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you.

Hello! Have you tried logging in directly to SSS website? The site works fine now for me. And I think they send out emails regarding this matter with a link where we can log in.

    Hi.

    I also have this problem.

I tried your suggestion to use an incognito tab/window but I get the same results.

I already emailed the one who sent the invite to check the permissions I was given.  Am hoping they will reply soon.

Is there anything else I can try while waiting for a reply?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi JUVYDATUL,

Thanks for posting in the community, I’m glad to offer help.

According to the error message, it usually occurs when an external user trying to access a SharePoint site of another organization.

If you are not an external user of this origination, please try to use browser’s private/incognito mode to access it, because sometimes there may be account confusion due to logging in to multiple accounts in one browser.

If you are indeed an external user of this origination, please ask the person who invite you to this site to check whether you were configured as a guest with permission successfully.

    Reference:

    -      External sharing overview

    -      Error when an external user accepts a SharePoint Online invitation by using another account

Hope the above information can be helpful to you, please feel free to give me feedback if there is any progress.

    Best Regards,

    Arck
