Hi 

Please could you assist we recently purchased a office 365 license and it has been debited every month of our account?

are you able to assist me in getting a licence key for it?

Firstly, I'd like to confirm what kind of Office 365 license you purchased?  If you bought Office 365, your product key isn't displayed online. Besides, if you bought Office 365 for Business subscription, you can review your monthly subscription bill in Microsoft 365 admin center > Billing > Bills & Payments.     If you purchased from MS the download link/key would have been on your email receipt

    Once installed in the process you create/Use an MS Account and after this the Key is no longer used
