Hi Team,

Alex here, hope you are all doing well. I just wanted to get some advise on how we can remove a personalize excel template from being loaded in start page of Excel. We already deleted it but it still shows up every time we open the Excel app. See attach image for reference. Thanks!

Best Regards,

Lex

    Hi Alex,

Thanks for posting back. We will continue to support you.

According to your  screenshot, it seems that you may not completely follow the steps mentioned above. Please pay attention to Step 2. You need to handle it in [More Templates].

If you follow the whole correct step but there is still no effect, we suggest you repair your Office. Here is an article for reference: Repair an Office application

If there is anything unclear, please feel free to post back at your convenience.

    Best Regards,

    Sandro

    Hi Alex,

Haven’t heard from you for a while.

According to my last reply, have you fixed the issue by the steps I mentioned? Or have you repaired your Office? Do they work?

If there is anything unclear, please feel free to post back at your convenience.

    Regards,

    Sandro
