Microsoft payment query

Hi,

A payment of £59.99 has gone out of my account on the 28th April 2020.  I haven't received an email saying this was going to happen, is it for a subscription? Is so could you give me details of what it is please?

When I purchased my laptop it came with "Microsoft Office H&S 2013" which at the time I was told that this was a one off payment.  Is that not the case?

Thank

Karen

£59.99 is the annual subscription for 365 Personal.

Are you sure you don't mean that the laptop was supplied wit a 'free' 1 year sub of Office 365 Personal?

Apps & Features, what is listed for MS Office?

    Hi,

Yes I have looked at my order history and there are purchases which I know my son has made up to 29th April but no mention of the 28th April purchase for £59.99.

    Thanks

    Karen
