PowerPoint Clickable CheckBox

I am working on a template for presentations.  I have inserted clickable checkboxes.  When I go into presentation mode, the boxes appear in two positions.  Those in the original position are not active.  The copies can be clicked.  There are numerous users of this file, but the problem only occurs on some of them.   Thanks in advance for any help.

This is a video driver display bug. Please open File>Options>Advanced, scroll to the Display section and check the box beside Disable Slide Show hardware graphics acceleration. You may also be able to fix the problem by visitng the web site of your computer manufacter to see if they have a recent Windows 10 driver update.

    John,

Thanks for the reply.  This did not resolve the problem.  I'll look into a driver update.

Are you really using Office 2010?

I had this problem a while back but in 365 and it resolved itself with an update. I also convinced myself that the adobe AddIn was causing it so if you have this try disabling. The video driver hack JohnK suggests is sensible but it didn't work for me.

John, thanks for the reply.  I am using Office 365 ProPlus.  I do not have the adobe add-in.

I figured that but the question info says you have 2010. If you have the choice you might want to switch to the current channel (assuming you are on Semi Annual)
