Microsoft booking problem

Hi,

I'm new to Microsoft Bookings but I followed the tutorial correctly and managed to set up my company's booking. I tested a few bookings and it is working just fine. Then all of a sudden, time slots are no longer visible and all my staff are no longer available. and the booking activities in the home screen does not register any values(my successful test bookings were not registered in the activities.

I tried publishing it and delete/add staff with the same problem. I opened Microsoft booking in another browser(Opera) and still the same problem. Please help. Thank you.

    Hi Alden,

    Thanks for the reply. Please contact your Office 365 admin to check whether she/she have configured any policy to restrict from being able to create Bookings pages and calendars.

    Moreover, if you have any further question. I would suggest you post a new thread with detailed information on the forum.

    Dear Shyamal,

    Thank you. After our admin turned off/on Booking, it is now working. The remaining issue though is the booking activities is not populating. Several bookings have been made already but it still show only 1.

    On another note, may I ask how to set limit on bookings per day.

    Hi Superman0157,

    You may please try to clear browser cache/cookies and using the InPrivate/Incognito browsing window to check this issue

    If you are Office 365 admin try to Turn Bookings off and then on for your organization via Microsoft 365 admin center to see whether the problem still occurs. See Turn Microsoft Bookings on or off

    Moreover, please provide us with the detailed screenshot about the issue and email address via the Private Message for further analysis.

    Dear Shyamal,

    Thank you very much for your prompt reply. I have done as per your instruction except the turning on/off of Microsoft booking as I am not the admin. I will try to ask our admin to do this procedure. With what I have done, nothing has changed. I and those that I sent the link to, can still not do any booking as all the staff are not available. I tried creating a new business and set up a new booking but still the same problem. I have used different browers(firefox and opera) still the same problem.
