Thanks for the reply. Please contact your Office 365 admin to check whether
she/she have configured any policy to restrict from being able to create Bookings pages and calendars.Moreover, if you have any further question. I would suggest you post a new thread with detailed information on the forum.

Dear Shyamal,
Thank you. After our admin turned off/on Booking, it is now working. The remaining issue though is the booking activities is not populating. Several bookings have been made already but it still show only 1.
On another note, may I ask how to set limit on bookings per day.
