Microsoft Forms: submissions missed

Anonymous

I created a Microsoft Form for an assessment. Two of my students did it yesterday and I received their submissions. However, today 3 more students filled the form and submitted it, but none of their answers appears in "Responses". Any idea what is happening? or how could I retrieve their answers (if possible)? Thanks for your help! (a desperate teacher)

    Hi

If its any consolation I have had a similar problem. Not sure yet if its the way I set it up.

Something fundamental is not clear to me. When I go into Assignments on my Teams channel then choose Quiz and create a form it does not appear as an assessment when i share it. in fact i can't see where it exists at all at the moment.

Do I need to add it as a assessment and add the link. Will the responses come through into assessments? Do I need to add a post? I did this on Friday and the one student who has responded has no responses visible.

Lots of things I don't quite get.

Have watched a lot of the training videos.

    Hi Eva,

Sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused.

To troubleshoot the issue, you may try to open the affected form in a in-private windows or another browser, then check the result.

If the problem persists, we may need to collect some information to further check it:

    1. Does the issue exist in all forms? Or just this specific form?
    2. You can try to fill the form on your own, then check if the response given by you would appeared in Responses.

    Best regards,

    Madoc
