How to change connection refresh rate for stock list in Excel, instead of having to click refresh.?

Hi,
I have a simple Stock list with some curriencies. I'm trying to get it to refresh automatically every 3 minutes
without having to click reset.
Is this possible. I've seen some details about accessing connection properties but "Properties" are grayed out.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Regards,
Jim

    Hi @James Finn ,
How did you create the connection?
I suggest you click the table and go to Data- Refresh All- Connection Properties:

Then you can get the Properties dialog box:

    Hi,
I've tried this, the connection properties are grayed out. See attachment.
All my entries are compiled using the Stock and Curriencies features within Excel.

    Hi,
The data values are compiled from the "Price" from the Insert data option, See attached.122750-image.png

With both the stock and curriencies features you can import a range of data.
What I want to do is have that data refresh every 60 seconds. I believe I can adjust this option in the Connection Properties, which as per my example above are grayed out.

If you set us a simple example like in my attachment you can see the data refresh.

    Regards,
    Jim

    Hi,
    I have 0 Connections and 0 Queries.

That probably explains why my options are grayed out.

So can you tell me if its possible to change the refresh period to 30 seconds in a spreadsheet, instead of having to click the refresh icon.
    Tks
    Jim
