Hello there,

Is it possible to include scrollbar inside each created note on OneNote? In the image below there is an example.

On examples 01 and 02 the notes appears as they are in OneNote. Is it possible to include scrollbars as shown in the third example?

That would be great for students, because they could see the main information about one topic that are correlated to other topics all in the same view.

Would it be possible to also froze the title?

Thank you so much,

Best regards

Hi LeonardoNascto,

Thank you for querying in this forum.

According to your description, it seems that you want to add scrollbar of each note in your notebook so your students can see the main information of a topic. At the same time, you want to froze the title of a note inside notebook.

May I know if my understanding is right? If so, we’re afraid that there is no out of box way to achieve your requirement directly. We’re sorry that it doesn’t meet your requirement. I do understand the inconvenience it has made and apologize for it.

To address your concern about the situation, we’d suggest you go to OneNote for Windows UserVoice to provide your feedback. This is the best platform to let us hear from you and make our products and services better for you and others. Microsoft will keep monitoring customers feedback there, some features would be added to the products and services based on customers feedback in the future, and your good ideas will be very helpful for the dedicated engineers in Microsoft to improve the services.

At the same time, if you want to scroll down notes, we’d suggest you go to OneNote 2016 or OneNote for Windows 10 > View > New window, then you can open the page in another new window, in this way, students can see the main information about one topic that are correlated to other topics via opening several windows, as shown below:

If the scenario above is not consistent with yours, you can post back and provide more details about your requirement and we will try our best to help you.

Your understanding and patience will be highly appreciated.

Best Regards,

Sukie
